A man wearing a bright orange wig and a face filter that distorts his features into a wide, exaggerated smile and large eyes looks directly at the camera, moving his head slightly and opening his mouth in a laugh while speaking, with Russian text appearing at the bottom of the screen. The scene takes place indoors, with a chandelier visible on the ceiling and a wall with a clock and a picture in the background.
