WHAT IS IT?

A man in a green shirt lifts a white bucket to reveal two small, fluffy birds inside a metal container, then tilts the bucket to pour out a large clump of dark, fibrous material onto the birds. The scene takes place indoors, likely in a kitchen or utility area, with a tiled wall in the background.
