Putin & Tramp

Two men in dark suits sit in white chairs facing each other, with American and Russian flags behind them; the man on the right extends his hand, and they shake hands as the man on the left leans forward. The scene cuts to a man in a military uniform with gray hair, who opens his mouth wide in a yell, then smiles and laughs with tears in his eyes.
