Two men are engaged in a physical struggle on a city street; one man, with dark hair, has his arm around the neck of the other man, who has blond hair and is screaming, as they move backward toward a dark doorway. The man with the dark hair maintains a tight grip around the blond man's neck and shoulders, forcing him backward while the blond man's face shows distress and his mouth is open in a scream.
