A woman in a dark room holds a syringe, then a person falls into a hole in the ground, followed by a close-up of a man's bloodied face, a man with fangs screaming in a tub, a man clutching his head in pain, and finally a man sitting in a car looking shocked. The scenes take place in various dimly lit indoor and outdoor settings.
