A man with long hair and a beard, wearing a black t-shirt and pants, stands in a wooded area and repeatedly raises his right arm high above his head while keeping his left hand on his stomach, then lowers his arm, in a slow, rhythmic motion. The scene is in black and white, with a shaky camera and trees and foliage in the background.
