Black ice...

A man in a suit and tie speaks directly to the camera against a backdrop of blurred city lights, with a cartoon graphic of a character labeled "Black Ice Alert" appearing on the left side of the screen. The scene then cuts to a split screen showing a smiling woman on the left and a man in a suit presenting weather on the right.
