Hamburg

A police vehicle sprays a blue-tinged mist or water into a crowd at night, with silhouetted figures and bicycles in the foreground and a building with lit windows in the background. The scene shifts to daytime, showing police in riot gear, a man in a black shirt confronting a police officer, and a reporter speaking to the camera while a crowd of protesters moves in the background.
