Here it is!

A man in a black beanie and jacket, holding an electric guitar, stands beside a white limousine on a city street, interacting with a man in a suit who gestures toward him and then takes the guitar. The man in the suit smiles and holds the guitar as the man in the beanie steps back, then turns and walks away, leaving the guitar behind. The scene takes place on a cobblestone street with buildings and other cars in the background.
