on/off

Two anime characters are on a boat; one with long blonde hair and a green headpiece sits on the railing holding a fishing rod, while the other with long blonde hair sits on the deck holding a rope. The character on the railing leans back as if reeling in a catch, and the character on the deck pulls on the rope, causing the one on the railing to be yanked forward. The scene then cuts to a hand plugging a white cord into a wall outlet.
