Little dragon

A hand forms a claw shape in a dark, misty environment, then transitions to a bright, detailed view of the same hand in a well-lit setting, casting a shadow on a surface. The scene cuts to two anime girls and a cat in a black-and-white line art style, who then appear in full color as one girl with blonde hair and a determined expression wields a glowing staff, surrounded by floating orbs.
