Two women sit at a table with a basket of green apples; the woman in the pink top repeatedly brings her hand to her mouth, appearing to eat something, while the woman in the black top watches and smiles. The scene is set indoors at a table with a pink placemat, a jar of spread, and a cigarette pack visible.
