A man in a dark uniform and ear protection stands beside a large industrial lathe in a factory, operating the machine as a long metal axle with two wheel rims mounted on it spins rapidly. The machine's cutting tool moves along the axle, removing material, while the man monitors the process from a control panel on the right side of the frame.
