A decorative metal object swings back and forth in a dimly lit, enclosed space. The scene cuts to a bottle labeled "Ethylated Spirits" on a wooden table next to a lit candle, then to a close-up of the candle burning down. A figure in dark clothing walks away from a window, silhouetted against the light outside.
