A man in a grey t-shirt and jeans stands in a room with patterned walls, holding a small object in his right hand and extending his left arm outward, moving his arms in a rhythmic, dance-like motion. He shifts his weight and turns slightly, maintaining the pose with his arms outstretched, while a clock is visible on the wall behind him.
