What flag

A woman with short grey hair and sunglasses holds a flag with a red cross on a white background, waving it vigorously in a yard with bare trees; the camera moves erratically, showing the flag and the woman's face in quick, shaky motion. The scene cuts to a man in a striped shirt and beige cardigan standing on a paved path, looking down at his hands with a concerned expression as another person walks away in the background.
