Straboscope

The scene is extremely dark, with only faint, indistinct shapes and occasional small points of light visible in a low-light environment. The camera moves slightly, revealing brief glimpses of a large, dark vertical structure and a few scattered, bright specks that may be distant lights or reflections, before returning to near-total darkness.
