A yellow-skinned character's face fills the frame, then the scene cuts to Bart Simpson sitting amidst debris in a damaged room, followed by a wide shot of a town with smoke rising from a central area, then a view of the town from a higher vantage point showing the smoke plume, then a pet shop with birds in cages and a broken window, and finally a static shot of the same pet shop.
