Spinning around

A white and red race car with the number 79 drives across a paved area, moving from right to left, then turns and drives away from the camera, its rear wing and open cockpit visible. The scene abruptly cuts to a cartoon animation of an orange bus with a large wheel, shown from the side, with the wheel remaining stationary.
