A man with a beard leans over a shirtless, tattooed man with a gag in his mouth, holding a knife that he uses to cut into the other man's chest in a dimly lit room. The scene shifts to a close-up of the knife cutting through flesh and bone, with the man's face shown in a tight, dark frame.
