The Plan

In a desert environment, a character with a mechanical arm and a spiked helmet performs a throwing motion toward a large, round character lying on the ground, who is wearing a gas mask and has a license plate reading "MADNESS" on their belly. The scene cuts to a close-up of the first character's face, showing a wide, manic grin as they look toward the camera. The video then abruptly changes to a real-world scene of the World Trade Center towers, with one tower engulfed in fire and smoke, and a second plane visible as it impacts the second tower.
