A black cat wearing a blue cap stands in a room, gagging and spitting out a long, blue, translucent object that resembles a worm or a piece of string, while small pieces of food scatter on the floor. The cat's expression shifts from strained effort to intense discomfort as it repeatedly expels the object, with visual effects of sparks and stars indicating the force of its reaction.
