A person lies in a narrow bed in a cramped, dimly lit room, clutching a blanket and looking over their shoulder in fear as a tall, emaciated figure wrapped in bandages climbs onto the bed and leans over them. The scene is interrupted by a grainy, distorted interlude with the text "DO YOU BELIEVE IN GHOSTS?" before returning to the figure looming over the terrified occupant.
