An older man in a beige jacket stands in a doorway, gesturing with his right hand while speaking to a younger man in a light-colored shirt and tie, who then turns and walks away, touching his forehead in apparent distress. The scene takes place in a dimly lit interior hallway with a small window, followed by a brief exterior shot of a white delivery truck driving past a large, modern government building on a sunny day.
