Inside a moving car, a man in the back seat repeatedly reaches forward to grab the driver's head and pull it down, while the driver, wearing a white shirt, resists and tries to maintain control of the vehicle. The interaction is tense and physical, with the back-seat passenger leaning over the center console and the driver struggling to keep his head up and the car on the road.
