The pill

A red crab sits at a table across from a large gray whale with a yellow ponytail, who leans over the table; the whale's head moves forward, causing the crab to be launched upward and backward, flying out of the frame as the whale's head fills the screen. The scene takes place indoors, likely in a restaurant or dining area, with a porthole visible in the background.
