A true friend

In a dimly lit, cluttered room, a man in a white shirt and dark pants moves erratically, stumbling and falling backward onto a rug while two emaciated, pale humanoid figures lie motionless on the floor. The scene is interrupted by a brief cut to a video game inventory screen displaying a butcher knife before returning to the man's unsteady movements and the grotesque figures in the background.
