A person in a light blue shirt and black leggings lies on their back in a homemade swing constructed from pink and orange pool noodles, suspended by green ropes from a tree, while another person's hand adjusts a pink strap around their waist; the person in the swing repeatedly lifts their legs and body upward, then lowers them back down in a rhythmic motion, with a pink hula hoop resting on the grass nearby.
