Bart Simpson stands in a room, aiming a large red and white slingshot at a window, then pulls back the strap and releases, causing the window to shatter. The scene cuts to a yellow school bus driving down a street, then to an aerial view of a town, followed by a shot of a pet shop with a broken window, and finally a close-up of the shop's window display showing birds in cages.
