A bearded police officer in a dark uniform with a peaked cap stares intensely at the camera, then turns and gestures with his hand while standing beside another officer in a similar uniform; the scene shifts to show the two officers standing together, then looking down at a bald man in a red hoodie who is sitting inside the back of a white van with a metal cage, before the view changes to a rear shot of the man in the red hoodie being grabbed by two individuals in dark clothing.
