ССО "Halcon"

A first-person perspective shows a character holding a rifle in a narrow, dilapidated alleyway with wet pavement and industrial structures. The scene cuts to a group of armed tactical officers in dark uniforms and helmets moving in formation along a sidewalk beside a building, then transitions to a dark, confined space where a person with a flashlight moves through a cluttered, shadowy environment.
