Do whatever

A man in a striped tank top dances erratically in a dimly lit room, moving his arms and body while another man in a light-colored shirt sits at a table, looking at his phone. The scene alternates between the dancing man and the seated man, with a bright light source flashing intermittently, illuminating the room and a table with food and drinks.
