dead inside

Two cartoon characters, a purple one with a bow and a blue one with a long nose, stand behind a counter in a warmly lit room with patterned walls; the blue character repeatedly opens its mouth wide in a yawn or shout while the purple character looks on with a changing expression, until a large hand descends from above and crushes them both under a yellow block.
