Seals lie on a paved surface in an enclosure, with one seal propelling itself forward by kicking its flippers, while other seals appear in a surreal sequence, multiplying and moving across the ground before the scene shifts to a city skyline and then to a small plane flying overhead with a seal-like object falling beneath it.
