Who is he

A textured, aged wall with red splatters and cracks displays the Russian text "ПОЯВИТСЯ ОН" before cutting to a young girl with braided hair in a dimly lit room, holding a metal pot and looking forward with a surprised expression. The scene then cuts to a man in a dark jacket being held from behind by another man, both looking off-screen with expressions of alarm.
