Hooray

A cartoon character on a 100 ruble banknote with the text "БАНК-БОБА" and "СТО РУБЛЕЙ" appears, initially looking surprised, then raises its arms in excitement. The image of the banknote rapidly duplicates and tiles across the screen, filling the frame with a repeating pattern of the same note.
