A child in a yellow raincoat runs through a flooded suburban street during a heavy rainstorm, navigating around a "Derry Public Works" barricade, stepping into a large puddle, and eventually falling into the water. The scene is set on a dark, rainy day with houses, trees, and a toy boat visible in the flooded neighborhood.
