Revenge of the brilliant green

A man in a dark suit and glasses stands on the back of a light-colored van, speaking into a microphone held in his right hand, while another man in a brown coat and hat stands behind him to the left; the scene is set outdoors in a city square with large buildings in the background, and the man in the suit shifts his weight and gestures slightly as he speaks.
