In a dimly lit, gray room with a staircase, several white, stick-figure-like characters with red eyes move around. One character with a red sword stands at the top of the stairs, while another with a yellow gun descends the steps, and a third character with a red sword falls down the stairs. A sign on the floor reads "HYGIENE IS KEEN" with a crossed-out image of a knife.
