Dance of the wind

Two men stand on large rocks beside a body of water, each making repeated, exaggerated arm movements as if conducting or miming a performance. The man on the left, in a grey jacket, extends his arms outward and then brings them in, while the man on the right, in a dark hoodie, makes similar gestures with his arms, both maintaining their positions on the rocks throughout the loop.
