A man in a dark jacket is interviewed on a street, initially speaking and gesturing with his hands, then he brings his fingers to his eyes and pulls them outward, causing his eyes to appear unnaturally large and wide in a comedic effect. The scene takes place outdoors on a street with cars and motorcycles in the background.
