People walk along a wet city street lined with buildings and parked cars, then the scene shifts to the interior of a cafe where patrons sit at tables, followed by a return to the street with pedestrians walking in various directions, a child running past a newsstand, a crowd gathered under a sign advertising "DISQUES à 50%", and finally people browsing a shoe store window on a rainy day.
