A man in a backwards cap and light blue shirt laughs while lying on the ground, then appears in a distorted close-up, before the scene cuts to two men in light blue hospital gowns being carried by medical staff in white coats. The men are wrapped in their gowns and are carried from a building to a white ambulance, with one man in the blue gown being supported by a medical worker as they are loaded into the vehicle.
