A dark, jagged mass of glowing red and black energy expands across the screen, then retracts to reveal a young woman with purple hair and a bloodied school uniform, her back to the viewer as she stands in a dimly lit room. She turns to face forward, revealing a single red eye with a black pupil, her face streaked with blood, as the energy forms a large, fiery wing-like shape behind her.
