New meme war?

A person in a dark, dimly lit environment wears a helmet with a circular screen displaying a woman's face with glowing blue eyes and the text "THRONES MEMES"; the screen then changes to show a different woman's face with the name "Khaledi" below it, while the person remains mostly still.
