fast and furious

A young child sits in the driver's seat of a moving police car, making a defiant hand gesture while gripping the steering wheel, as the car travels along a road with buildings in the background. The scene cuts to a man in a different car, who looks on with a serious expression, before returning to the child who continues to hold the gesture and the wheel.
