All the way

On a stage with a live audience, a man in a green jacket speaks into a microphone while flanked by three others, one of whom places a hand on a young boy's shoulder; the scene cuts to a man in a black jacket passionately kissing another man's hand as he holds a microphone, with a crowd and Georgian flags in the background.
