Vampire bitch

A close-up shows a character's eye with a purple iris, followed by a shot of their mouth wide open in a scream. The scene cuts to a woman with long purple hair walking away from the camera in a dimly lit area, then to a young man with black hair and blood on his face looking up in shock, and finally to him looking down with a pained expression.
