A typical game

Two cartoon boys stand side by side; the boy on the left grimaces and clutches his stomach while the boy on the right holds a cup and looks at him. The scene cuts to a close-up of the boy on the right, who has a shocked expression with wide eyes and a slightly open mouth, as he presses his hand against the side of the other boy's face, which is shown in profile. This close-up shot remains static for the remainder of the loop.
