A man with a large mustache and a pink jacket repeatedly opens his mouth wide in a yell, then closes it with a strained expression, before repeating the action; the scene cuts to a different man with spiky blond hair and a green jacket, who also opens his mouth wide in a yell. The setting appears to be a dimly lit interior, possibly a room or a stage.
